Be Green's third party reviews, audits and internal social standards provide our customers with assurance that our products are manufactured in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
In 2011 Be Green's manufacturing facility underwent a workplace conditions assessment. The assessment addressed health and safety, management systems and labor, as well as many other areas. Be Green has also made it a priority to continually improve our workplace conditions in order to promote a healthy, happy and productive workforce.
We strive to work with suppliers that are committed to our universal principles of conducting business in a responsible and ethical manner. This includes respecting the rights of individuals and helping to protect the environment. We require all suppliers to sign a Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws, codes and regulations for each location in which they do business. Failure to comply provides grounds for cancellation of open orders, discontinued cooperation with non-complying production sites and/or termination of supplier relationships. |
